Lecture by Patricia Bureba Jato: Chess: an educational, social and therapeutic resource.
Our everyday life is more and more demanding, we rush every action and have key responsibilities since an early age. However, it is not easy to cope with those responsibilities and fulfill our goals. Chess can be implemented on a educational, social and therapeutic basis to strength our mind and physical health. The aim of this project is to help people, no matter their needs, to find a mind-body balance in order that they could reach their future goals.
Currently, the implementation of chess to solve conflicts, deal with risky situations or improve people’s welfare is an unstoppable trend.
